It is a use case for the development of a machine-readable vocabulary, such as the W3C Data Privacy Vocabularies and Controls Community Group (DPVCG) is working on. But it doesn't go into the details of how such a vocabulary might be applied and as such it is useful article to understand the GDPR in a concrete case.
